Implementation Methodology

FIRST has built a unique implementation team of experienced and professional engineers from various engineering disciplines.  Cumulative and profound implementation experience was a result of continuous interaction between FIRST and it's clients from various sectors of Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, Process, Steel and Chemicals industries.

This methodology is always used as a guideline in the development of project-specific execution plans.

FIRST provides two different scenarios for software implementation to suit the wide range of client's requirements and capabilities:

Implementation Project Execution Loop

The methodology of First Engineering & Software Systems, for project execution, bridges all phases of project execution from pre-tender phase to post-implementation phase.
